Summary:  The new rules that were instituted for the first time last year (2005) have changed the landscape of this competition.  Ten teams qualified for the nationals that were not there the previous year.  The biggest changes were the requirement for a specified amount of sand and fly ash and/or slag and scoring changes that give more points to the oral presentation and the final product.   More

The Canoe Paper is due to Cincinnati State by Friday, March 31, 2006.  Penalties will be added for late papers per the national concrete canoe rules.  More
